HCG Diet Menu

Some of you out there may need a little help in planning your HCG diet menu. So I thought it might be easier for you if I gave you same sample meals to plan. Taking the time to cook and plan your meals is very important for your success while on the program. However, your health is important and you don’t want to only lose weight but you also want to be healthy in the process.

Since lunch and dinner consist of the same quantities of food, any meal listed can be used for either lunch or dinner.

Menu Plan 1

3 oz Grilled Chicken sprinkled lightly with sea salt and garlic.

3 oz Cucumbers

2 Melba Rounds

1 Small-Medium Orange

Menu Plan 2

3 oz Tilapia Filet with a splash of lemon

3 oz Steamed Mixed Greens with a splash of lemon

Handful of Strawberries

1 Breadstick

Menu Plan 3

3 oz Lean Ground Beef Patty with Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce

1 oz Lettuce Leaves (as a “bun”)

2 oz Tomatoes

1 Apple

2 Melba Rounds

Menu Plan 4

3 oz Shrimp with Lemon Juice

3 oz Asparagus – lightly seasoned to taste

1/2 Grapefruit

1 Breadstick
